4. Job Postings and Applications

Employers

·         Job postings must be accurate, lawful, and healthcare-related

·         Listings must comply with all federal and state employment and labor laws, and anti-discrimination laws

·         You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings

Job Seekers

·         Application materials and profile information must be truthful

·         MedJobsUS does not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses

MedJobsUS does not verify credentials, licenses, or certifications and is not responsible for employment decisions.

5. HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI) Disclaimer

MedJobsUS is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Users agree not to submit, upload, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI), including but not limited to medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or insurance information.

MedJobsUS does not collect, store, or process PHI and disclaims any responsibility for HIPAA compliance related to user-submitted content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

·         Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

·         Upload content containing PHI or confidential patient data

·         Use the platform for non-employment or commercial solicitation

·         Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse site content or user data

·         Introduce malware, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access

7. Payments and Third-Party Services (Stripe)

MedJobsUS may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to facilitate payments for optional paid services.

MedJobsUS does not store or process payment card information. All payment transactions are handled directly by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies.

By making a payment through MedJobsUS, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and authorize Stripe to process your payment information.

8. Free and Paid Services

MedJobsUS currently offers free job postings. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, or transaction fees in the future with prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on MedJobsUS.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MedJobsUS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
